Custom Orders
All orders are custom-made and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please review your order carefully before submitting.
Damages or Shipping Errors
If your order arrives damaged or contains a shipping error, please report it within 24 hours of delivery by emailing info@customearringcards.com with details and photos. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
Refused Deliveries
Refused shipments may not be accepted, and shipping costs are non-refundable.
