All text, images, designs, logos, and other content are the property of Custom Earring Cards and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
4. Orders & Custom Products
All custom orders are made to your specifications. Please review your order carefully, as custom items cannot be returned or exchanged. Production and shipping times vary; estimates will be provided at the time of purchase.
5. Shipping
Orders are shipped via USPS. Shipping times depend on the product:
Stock/preprinted items: 1–2 business days
Bulk/large quantity orders: 3–7 business days
Custom orders: Estimated handling time provided at purchase
Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST, on weekends, or holidays will be processed the next business day. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Shipments
Report damages or errors within 24 hours of delivery by emailing info@customearringcards.com or calling 1-800-253-5952 (Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST).
7. Refused Deliveries
Refused shipments may result in a deduction of the original shipping cost from any refund.
