Shipping Policy

Shipping & Production Times

All orders are shipped via USPS. Shipping times depend on the type of order:

• Preprinted or stock items: Ships within 1–2 business days.

• Bulk or large quantity orders: Production may take 3–7 business days before shipping.

• Custom orders: Handling and production times vary; an estimated shipping date will be provided at purchase.

Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST, on weekends, or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Disclaimer

We process orders in the order received. While we make every effort to ship promptly, same-day shipping is not guaranteed, especially for custom or bulk orders. Please select a shipping method that fits your timing needs.

Expedited orders received the day before a holiday after 3:00 PM EST will ship the next business day. Standard orders follow normal processing times.

Damaged or Incorrect Shipments

Report any damaged or incorrect items within 24 hours of delivery. Email info@customearringcards.com or call 1-800-253-5952 (Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST).

Refused Deliveries

Refused shipments may result in a deduction of the original shipping cost from your refund.
